S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl

A post-apocalyptic first-person shooter game, taking place in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Exclusion Zone. Originally planned to release in 2012, then years later due to release on December 8th, 2022, but due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, development was temporarily put on hold. The game is now slated for release in November of 2024.
