I'd have to agree with those ones, as I have spent quite a bit of time with both. Destiny is another obvious one that requires some serious grindage. I think most will agree, much more fun with friends!
You should really check out Skyrim if you haven't already. It'll fit right in with those other games you mentioned (not to mention, Bethesda developed & published Fallout and Skyrim)!

Final Fantasy XIV is my grind game. Although, I guess since it is an MMO it is implied that you will grind!
